Professional Experience
Kurt Higgins has been with Allgeier Martin since 1995, and provides engineering and project management for a variety of projects. As City Engineer, Kurt reviews and approves preliminary/final plats and site plans for several communities. Kurt also has a background in land surveying, hydrologic modeling and water surface profiles. Kurt is skilled in industrial parks, industrial developments, retail centers, stormwater management, utility plans, site grading, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and transportation paving.
