Professional Experience
Dr. Charles Patterson has been with Allgeier Martin since 2006, and leads the firm’s hydrology team. Dr. Patterson’s past experience includes Wilson Hydro (2000-2006), Adjunct Professor, University of Missouri – Rolla (1998-2008), Self-Employment (1995-2000), and Missouri Engineering Corp. (1989-1992).
The Hydro Division specializes in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, analysis and design of stormwater facilities. Charles provides plan review of hydraulic and hydrologic reports, expert witness research, MS4 permitting, and 404 permitting.
