Neosho High Performing Arts and End Zone Facilities Site Plan
Neosho, MO

Background
The Neosho School District passed a bond issue with the intent to upgrade and expand facilities at their high school campus. The auditorium in the high school building was small and outdated. Bob Anderson Stadium had outdated concession and restroom facilities. The small locker room building could only accommodate one team. Visiting teams had to use locker rooms located in the high school gymnasium across the street from the stadium.

Activity
Allgeier Martin (AMA) developed a site plan allowing for construction of a building addition to house a new Performing Arts Center (PAC) and band room. AMA developed an additional site plan to accommodate the construction of an End Zone Facility north of Bob Anderson Stadium. The High School Branch Tributary of Hickory Creek runs next to the High School Campus. This created nuisance flooding on campus, including Bob Anderson Stadium.
