MSPE Youth Fund Scholarship

We have always been actively involved with the Southwest Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers. One MSPE event in particular is the Annual Youth Fund Benefit Dinner. Each year, the Southwest Chapter sells tickets to community members to attend a dinner that is hosted by the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers. For nearly thirty years, money from ticket sales has been used to fund scholarships for students to pursue an engineering career. The dinner is a great opportunity to fund and inspire the education of aspiring engineers, as well as to network with established members of the community.

We also assisted Empire District Electric in restoring electrical power by designing and building transmission and distribution power lines within the City of Joplin. Allgeier Martin crews performed field design and staked 7 miles of power line in the week following the storm. As businesses and residences were rebuilt in the months following the storm, Allgeier Martin designed and staked an additional 10 miles of power line.
