Surveying

Allgeier Martin has been providing surveying services to the four-state area for over 50 years. With multiple full-time survey crews and office staff support, no job is too large. Our surveyors are registered in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Allgeier Martin survey crews use Leica Total Stations and Leica Survey Quality GPS equipment to collect survey data in electronic field books. The data is then downloaded to workstations in the office or notebook computers in the field for analysis and integration into related engineering applications. Office analysis utilizes Carlson Survey, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D software.

Right-of-Way

Allgeier Martin has negotiated and acquired right-of-way for numerous projects including streets, water lines, sewer lines and electrical transmission lines. Our right-of-way department has extremely qualified personnel who are dedicated to only right of way projects. We are very active in the planning and design of city and highway department related utilities relocation projects. This activity has kept us current with city and highway department procedures, practices, and requirements.
