Graduating from the University of Missouri-Rolla in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Kurt has been with Allgeier, Martin and Associates, Inc. since 1995 and is responsible for design of stormwater, water and sewer systems, road design, master planning for site developments, project management, and construction administration.  Contact Kurt Higgins at khiggins@amce.com
