Dean Willis P.E.

Dean has been with Allgeier Martin since graduation from Iowa State University in 1976. He specializes in management of  wastewater and water projects, and his engineering responsibilities include preparation of studies, development of design drawings and contract documents, contract administration, and serving as a liaison with regulatory agencies.
